As soon as we stepped into the lobby, I could tell this place was going to be beautiful. The welcome we received was great and then we were shown to our room. The villa was absolutely beautiful!! The bed was big and comfy, the bathroom was huge and outside space was incredible, there was so much space and the pool is huge! Breakfast was great! They even serve it floating for no extra cost We also booked the flower bath with sparkling wine and then a candle dinner by the pool and it was the most amazing experience, definitely worth the money. Mega was our server and he was great! We loved him!! The staff here were the best, so friendly and helpful and really made our stay so special. Thank you so much Berry Amour!

The front entrance doesn't look like the Berry Amour, it's hidden. The room and the pools are nice. The wall to the flat side to get out of the pool is very rough you will graze anything your body touches on there, those tiles should be smooth. I had prawn one night before that I sent back as I chewed one that was mushy out of the 3 garlic prawns. It didn't seem right, the prawns in Australia are crunchy ...I then had another dinner, the last one before I left, with prawns again. The LAST ONE WAS MUSHY and got me frikken sick as a dog on the airport flight home. I knew the first lot from the night before was bad. But you got me again with the prawns... The menu is hard to navigate. You need to scan QR codes for anything that's paper. Becomes frustrating rather than easier. The phone wasn't working to call reception, so they upgraded the room which was awesome though the pool had a very rough wall that will rip your skin off getting up the stairs. Very bad design. The rooms were beautiful, Serene. My partner whenever he used the phone they didn't know how he was or what room he was staying in. Whenever I used the phone they knew me straight away. A very long walk away unless you manage to find a driver driving up and down. The free massage - do not get it. She rushed and hurt my partner and myself. We had plenty of massages whilst in Bali. This one was the worst. Rushed, no oil, so it felt like she was dry rubbing your skin off around your neck hair, whilst slopped over sitting on a massage bed..

The villa was an amazing peaceful private oasis. The pool was huge plus probably the highlight there's also an undercover spa bath. Breakfast was included as part of our stay. Breakfast is delivered to your villa daily which can be served as a floating breakfast or in your room. There's also an outdoor kitchen if you wish to cook some of your own meals. Inside you'll find a nicely decorated open plan studio apartment type space. The bathroom is huge the shower was amazing filled with light by the overhead skylight. From our experience I would say the most amazing part of our stay were the staff. Each and everyone we met were such friendly genuine caring people that do everything they can to make your stay perfect.

We loved the atmosphere, the cleanliness, and the people were so warm and kind. We loved having breakfast at our villa and the receptionist was very helpful, always reminding us to book the night before. On my birthday, they made our bed so beautifully, covered with flowers and words. I didn't expect that to happen, they really made my birthday more special. Thumbs up for their excellent service. 👍👍

Our stay at Berry Amour was perfect from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the staff provided a wonderful stay. They accommodated everything we asked for and made sure everything was amazing. I am gluten free and they accommodated this, they also made small touches like only filling the mini bar with Coke Zero once they knew it was our favourite. We enjoyed 11 nights at the Villa and we were very happy with our stay, the villa is walking distance from a few lovely restaurants and in a taxi it takes 25 mins to Seminyak beach (traffic is crazy). The staff were so kind and happy to help at all hours, every single member of staff acknowledges you when they see you. Whilst we were out there it was my husbands birthday and they surprised him with a cake when they delivered room service which was so kind. Everything was perfect I would highly recommend.

Everything from the staff members to the dinners and breakfasts to the cute little decorations on the bed every morning. Everything was perfect! 🤍 The staff go above and beyond and are so friendly! The little gift at the end of our stay of us at the royal dinner made me tear up. Beautiful people beautiful country! 🙏

Everything. Villa was amazing. We had Balinese Massage at the spa…..was best massage I’ve ever had, so good we went back the next day. Every single member of staff was so helpful and friendly.

This stay was probably one of the best stays I have had in Bali. The property is beautifully designed, very spacious and has a great customer service. Loved the villa and the room and the amenities were great too.

Words cannot describe the amazing experience we had in the vila. To start with the exceptional nice staff that was so kind and helpful, to a beautiful vila with amazing facilities and a huge pool and hottub an amazing massage and a tasty floating breakfast. We wish we had more time there, but enjoyed every minute and will definitely come back on our next trip to Bali.
